Free standard delivery on all orders over ₦200,000 within Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express or equivalent courier services. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Sally Intiego is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Express Delivery
Same-day and next-day delivery is available within Lagos Island and selected areas of Lagos Mainland. Express delivery orders must be placed before 12:00pm WAT. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange express delivery, as this service is subject to availability and may attract an additional fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
Important Notes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. Sally Intiego is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If no one is available to receive your order, our courier will leave a delivery card. A re-delivery or collection arrangement will need to be made directly with the courier.
All orders are carefully packaged in Sally Intiego signature packaging to protect your garment during transit.
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship in separate packages where necessary.
